Real estate is not solely about buildings and land. At its core, the real estate industry is about people and their families -- their needs and their dreams. My goal is always to make a positive difference in my clients’ lives, helping them to identify their needs and realize those dreams.

I have been a multimillion dollar, top producer in the Litchfield Hills real estate market for the past ten years. That’s because I adapt to a rapidly changing market and continually educate myself on the fluctuations of the economy and how they impact the Connecticut housing market and my clients.

Ongoing education has played a key role in my life, personally and professionally. Born and raised in Connecticut, I earned degrees from Becker College in Worchester, Massachusetts and Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut. For 15 years I was a reading and mathematics teacher at the Connecticut Junior Republic in Litchfield. I taught middle-and high-school level young people, helping them find their goals and realize their own dreams. I also was co-owner with my husband, George, of a family business, a roofing company. For ten years we worked together to make it a success. And, I am proud to say, we did it. Along the way, I have become the mother of three and, so far, the grandmother of two.

As a teacher and a businessperson, I have always prided myself on my professionalism. I bring that commitment to every aspect of the real estate sales process, from helping to price my listing clients’ homes, to strategic marketing and showcasing, to making certain everything is signed, sealed and delivered by the closing date. I bring the same thorough tenacity to the process as a buyer’s representative helping clients find and buy homes.
